http://www.daxle.net/; I've listened to about 5 of the interviews. Well, I at least started five of the interviews. One was just not an area in which I'm interested - something about getting your boss to listen to you. I'm my own boss and well . . . The interview with Yastrow about his book We: The Ideal Customer Relationship was really good - I picked up a few ideas and made a mental note to look for the book. One of the interviews just bored me and I deleted the download - maybe the interview, maybe the book, maybe me. shrug.

Then I listened to the interview with John Herman who wrote Hermanisms (ok, the title I don't like), but it was quite entertaining and made some good points. I made an actual written note to look for the book and decided it was time to write a review of the site.

If you click on whichever country you are interested - it takes you to a nice summary of how easy or difficult it is to do business in that country. If you click on THAT popup, it takes you to a page with LOTS of details about exactly why it is easy or difficult to do business in that country.

I do rather wonder about variations within large countries, say US or Russia or . . . For instance, I'm guessing it is MUCH more expensive to get all the permits if you want to open a business in New York City as opposed to say, Podunkville in Ohio. Not to mention the time and red-tape. Still, a very interesting site, especially if you are interested in conducting business in another country.
